SWEETIE

A gentle but shy kitty who spent years living outside in a high predator area,
dodging cars and coyotes while trying to protect her many kittens, Sweetie is
currently boarding in a hospital cage.
While it’s great Sweetie’s been spayed and vaccinated, in her mind, life inside
a small space week after week and month after month must be lonely and dull
indeed.
Sweetie would benefit greatly from her own space in a quiet and caring foster
home. A room with a window would be ideal so she could once more feel the
sunlight and watch the birds she must miss so much!
While we don’t necessarily expect Sweetie to ever be a lap cat, she does
definitely connect to the caretaker kind enough to speak to her.
It’s really quite simple to care for a cat such as Sweetie with the proper
set-up. All supplies, including food and litter, will be donated by her
sponsor, and Friends of Felines will be always at the ready for informational
support.
This pretty little girl is caught between two worlds and giving her the interim
break she needs would be easy and rewarding.
Interested in learning if yours would be an appropriate foster home for
Sweetie? Please contact Friends of Felines at 203-363-0220 or cats@adoptapet.org and let’s talk about how to make one cat's life better.
