Meet Cici! She's not in jail but she is boarding with our vet and she'd love to get out of there.
When the first call came in to FOF to help Cici, we were told she was a young, pregnant female (and she couldn't stay there). Then we were told she was a malnourished cat (and she couldn't stay there). Then we were told she MIGHT be able to stay there so she was tied up in a backyard to keep her from wandering (a true story)
To our great surprise, Cici was NOT pregnant or malnorished, but an eight week old, tiny, tied-up kitten and now this forgiving, trusting, sweet-natured love-bug, is more than ready to be sprung from her cage to a real home with a real family!
